My journey in the health and wellness world began many moons ago, gaining extensive experience both internationally and in the UK, specialising in massage therapy and skincare. This solid  foundation provided me with knowledge and techniques that I have continued to deepen and enhance through professional development and personal experience in order to support my own wellbeing and that of others.
